Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

The Little Pearl

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.

Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στην ταβέρνα Αύρα και είναι πολύ εύκολο να το εντοπίσετε. Πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
