Private deck with access to the large swimming pool. Just a few minutes drive to the Bruce Highway, North Lakes Westfield (Ikea and Costco) and North Lakes Medical precinct. 20 mins from airport, 40mins to Sunshine Coast, 60mins to Gold Coast. 10 minute walk to the railway station for direct travel to Brisbane City or Redcliffe.

Relish your time in a charming family residence situated close to Scarborough Beach, Scarborough Brewing Company, Moreton Bay Boat Club, and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The tranquil and newly established neighborhood is ideal for a relaxing getaway with your family, offering a serene ambiance both inside and outside. House will provide space for up to 6 guests, 2 people per room, however if required extra space, media room can be used as a bedroom with a fee of $70/night per person.

Suttons Beach Stay Over is a perfect location for your Peninsula getaway. Located directly opposite Suttons Beach overlooking pristine Moreton Bay. The Beach Shack is a stand alone 1960's refurbished one bedroom, self contained guest house. It includes one large bedroom with a King Size and Queen size bed in the one room, there is a bathroom, basic kitchenette and laundry. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

The Pool House

The Pool House is a modern, stylish and luxurious space and has the private use of the sparkling swimming pool. Its a great place to relax, go out and eat, order in or BBQ. If you wish, use the space for a pilates / yoga workout or sit back and catch up on your favourite movies and shows or just float in the pool. It is a 3 minutes to from Scarborough's village and beach, with restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, walking and cycling tracks. Escape from the everyday and treat yourself.
