Die Unterkunft von Kai ist traumhaft schön. Der Garten ist riesig mit Pool, Mini-Golf, Basketballkorb, Volleyball- und Tennisnetz. Liegestühle am Pool stehen bereit. Grill, Küche, Badtücher, Klima, Lage, Kommunikation, wirklich alles-meine Familie und ich waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Inmejorable casa a dos calles de la playa, la casa estaba limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días con toda comodidad y sin tener que preocuparte por nada, fuimos unos amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Beatriz estuvo pendiente todo el rato de que estuviéramos cómodos y que no hubiera ningún problema, volveremos sin duda. Excepcional aparcamiento y llegada con un supermercado a dos calles. Urbanización tranquila y familiar que te sientes seguro y cómodo. Tiene jardín delantero, trasero y terraza para disfrutar. Recomendable 100%

Die Wohnung war super für uns als Familie geeignet! Es gab drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Garten war perfekt! Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Antonio war prima. Ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Der Pool ist leider erst ab Juni geöffnet, daher konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Aber der Zugang zum Meer war perfekt in 5 min zu erreichen und der Strand ist traumhaft und naturbelassen. Ein zauberhafter Ort zum abschalten und Ruhe genießen.

From the moment I arrived until I left I felt I was in my element. The house provided everything I needed and had hoped for. Susana was the perfect host and I am truly grateful to her for her kind attention to detail. Well before I left I decided I would be returning again in the future as it is hard to imagine what else I would want in a holiday home. Fabulous location.

Increíble la ubicación en la que se encuentra el apartamento!! Super cerca de la playa. Estaba todo muy limpio y el trato con Francisco fue increíble, cada duda o cosa que necesitábamos estaba ahí para resolverlas o ayudarnos. Un diez como anfitrión Ojalá poder siempre coincidir con personas así En nuestro caso íbamos con dos perritas y han estado genial porque tiene un patio trasero. Por cierto con vistas a la playa que es impresionante Lo recomiendo 100%

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La anfitriona fue muy simpática, disponible y flexible. Nos dejó instrucciones muy claras para la llegada, lo que hizo todo muy sencillo. El alojamiento estaba perfectamente ubicado, muy limpio, bien organizado y equipado con todo lo necesario. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el primer momento. ¡Recomiendo este lugar con mucho gusto y sin dudar!

El apartamento de Maite es de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Costa Ballena. Es amplio y nuevo. Tiene mucha luz y esta bien equipado. El Aire Acondicionado prácticamente no hace falta porque es bastante fresco simplemente abriendo un par de ventanas. Tiene dos terrazas excelentes y las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño. La playa queda a 10 minutos andando o 5 en bicicleta. Esta situado en una zona tranquila de Costa Ballena. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas que no suelen esta muy llenas y un par de pistas de paddle. Con lo único que tuvimos algún problemita fue con el calentador de agua. Es muy pequeño para una familia de cuatro personas si a todos nos da por ducharnos uno detrás del otro, seria importante avisarlo con antelación para que los huéspedes se organicen, porque una vez que ya lo sabes deja de ser un problema. Se echan de menos papeleras en los baños y un secador de pelo mas grande. Pero en general estuvimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con Maite fue muy fluida

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Wir haben es sehr genossen, in dem schönen, grosszügigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus mit tollem Pool und Kamin zu wohnen. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ideal. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und durch Beatriz sehr gut betreut.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

Espectacular casa, tenía de todo lo necesario, súper limpia y cómoda, la ubicación era perfecta, tenía un montón de sitios interesantes cerca. Susana súper amable y atenta y nos facilito todo. Volvería sin duda.

Nos alojamos un grupo de amigos durante una semana y la estancia fue excelente. La ubicación a puerto sherry es de escasos minutos, lo que nos permitia ir andando sin problema. Nos impresionó todas los detalles que tenía la casa, papel higienico, toallas de baño y de piscina, aceite, cafe, champu… no le faltaba detalle. Nos gustó mucho que estuviese tan equipado. Susana fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente a nosotros en cualquier cosa que necesitamos.

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

Piso acogedor para una familia de 4 o 5 personas, con todo lo necesario para pasar una o incluso dos semanas de vacaciones. Recomendable la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado a 1 minuto de la playa ,las fotos coinciden con la descripción la única pega que no hay casi donde aparcar, por lo demás súper bien el departamento muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones seguramente volveré, el anfitrión muy bien te responde de inmediato si tienes alguna duda .

Casa muy bien ubicada a escasos metros de una playa familiar, la casa cumple con lo necesario aunque algunos aspectos a mejorar para que todo fuera de 5 estrellas. Jesús de 5 estrellas tanto en comunicación como en trato, buenas indicaciones para ir a comer y conocer alrededores.

Estuvimos pocos dias, pero todo fue amabilidad por parte de Alberto. La comunicación perfecta, antes de la llegada y durante la estancia. La vivenda increible. limpia, comoda, zona tranquila , cerca del mar. Albero es un excelente anfitrión. Sin duda repetiremos 100%.
