Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Cute and cosy Studio Apartment on the Rosny Waterfront. Clarence Foreshore walk and Bellerive Quay on your doorstep. Reserved off-street parking, key lock-box entry. Queen Bed, built-ins with storage/hanging space. Small Ensuite (shower and toilet), kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. 8 minute drive to Hobart CBD and easy access to Metro Buses and Derwent Ferry. 15 minutes to Hobart International Airport. Basic provisions (milk, bread etc) and linen provided.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Rose's Boutique Apartment

A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.

View Studio is a place to relax and spend some time taking in the stunning vista of Hobart, kunanyi/Mount Wellington and River Derwent. You will enjoy full private access to this modern seperate studio and deck area. Soak in the luxurious stone bath after your day's travels and take in the city lights. Situated on Hobart's Eastern Shore, View Studio is 10 minutes travel to the city and Salamanca, 20 minutes to MONA or Richmond and Coal Valley Wineries and 15 minutes from Hobart Airport.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Easy access to Bellerive Village for shops, restaurants and cafes. Transport options include buses, taxis, ferry or uber. Alternatively 7km drive to the city centre of Hobart.

The unit is cosy, comfortable and spacious. In the heart of Bellerive Quay, restaurants, cafes, bottleshops and IGA Supermarket are all at your doorstep. There is a bus stop almost directly opposite your front door, Bellerive is easy driving distance to Hobart;s CBD (around 10 mins), or treat yourself and take the Derwent Ferry (leaving Bellerive) ride across the River Derwent right in to Hobart's waterfront precinct of Salamanca.
