The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

You have your own bedroom, full bath w/ a shower and bathtub. The apt. is stocked w/ towels and linens. And, there’s your own washer/dryer. A private deck reveals a beautiful tree-top view of residential St. Paul. We’re near several great shops and restaurants on the Grand Ave. shopping/eating district.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
