The casita is the upper level of a duplex. Private front entrance of home. Plenty of street parking available. Keyless entry, ensure an easy check in process. Bedroom has blackout curtains. Bed is a comfy queen size. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, spices, coffee and tea selections.

The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. The house has some unique features like a 9' shuffleboard table, board games, a Blue Tooth speaker & a smart TV so you can access your own Netflix or Hulu. Very close to the airport and sports venues. Grocery and liquor stores are walking distance away.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
