Rosetta Heights is a uniquely located contemporary townhouse with spectacular views of MONA and the River Derwent. The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The Hideout Cabin

Take yourselves away on a stunning waterfront nature retreat at this private, peaceful and stylish solar powered cabin in the middle of the Tasmanian wilderness. Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Add an absolute abundance of wildlife, fishing and swimming and you have the perfect getaway!

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL hand made large mud brick/glass/stone home with amazing mountain/valley views. SNOW up to 15 times a year. You get the ground floor of our home: 2 beautiful bedrooms, bath, large lounge with wood fire, kitchen, dining area, gym, pool and BBQ area. You feel like you are miles from civilization yet is close to the CBD. There are beautiful forest walks, mountain vistas in every direction and stunning valleys. Simply a beautiful space in a beautiful place!

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Daisy Bank - Tiny Hideaway

A secluded off-grid tiny house. Ideal for couples… unwind in nature, luxuriate in the big outdoor bath with a glass of a local Coal Valley wine. Chill out on the deck and enjoy sweeping views up and down the valley. Forget the busy life for a moment and enjoy that time for slowing down..
