Bienvenue chez nous :) Petit studio privé au-dessus de notre maison. Situé dans le quartier Ville-Marie, il est à 3 minutes du métro (10 minutes du centre-ville), des espaces verts (Parc Maisonneuve et Lafontaine), du parc Olympique et des quartiers vivants de la metropole. Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. Charmant petit studio dans le quartier Rosemont - La Petite-Patrie. Idéal pour 1-2 personnes à la recherche d'un endroit tranquille pour visiter Montréal et découvrir la vie de quartier. Grande cuisine, espace de travail et lit escamotable dans l'aire de vie. À 8 minutes de marche du métro, nombreuses pistes cyclables à votre disposition et stationnement facile dans les rues avoisinantes (stationnement payant en face de l'appartement). Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Located across a park/ dog park/ kids park with BIXI bike station to discover the city by bike. Walking distance from pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, bus stations.

L'Arcade Douce

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.
