Green House - Modern Villa in Tenerife, Spain.

Enjoy your holidays by staying at a modern villa just 10 minutes walk from San Juan Beach! Our villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, big living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and it also offers a furnished open rooftop terrase with a pool and jacuzzi with fantastic ocean and mountain views. Small town of San Juan is located in the south of Tenerife, just 15 min by car from touristic centers. There you can find nice restaurants and cafes, as well as lot of sport activities.

A Place in the Sun!

This is our family holiday home in Tenerife. It has amazing outdoor spaces for relaxing, dining and even working. Heated pool, air-con (ceiling fans in bedrooms), fibre internet (mesh) & is within walking distance of Siam Mall (45 min) and Costa Adeje (25-35 min) although we recommend car-hire as its a hard walk back up the hill! [or Taxi is €6-€8]. Take a look at my guidebooks for more info on what's in the immediate area and some bigger adventures to have during your stay in Tenerife.

Canarian style home with sea views, terrace & pool

Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background. Located in the hills on the southern tip of the island of Tenerife, “La Cuadra de Arona” is the perfect place for travellers looking for the tranquility of privacy while not being far from all the city has to offer. Villa Evelyn stands in an exclusive area, known as "LA FLORIDA” which predominantly houses private villas, close to some of the most desirable Golf courses on the island as Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf course, Los Palos Golf course in Guaza and the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 10 minutes driving away.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, where the master bedroom with dressing room has en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms, one of them with 2 single beds, share the other bathroom. Swimming pool 3x5 (heated on request and extra cost 100€/week). *Pool temperature between 24-26 degrees. Chill-out and dining area Sports area Wifi and parking for 2 cars.
