Das Haus befindet sich in Costa oberhalb von Intragna, erreichbar mit Auto. Seilbahn bis ca 2026 geschlossen. Offene Feuerstelle im alten Stil, Wohnküche und schlafen im selben Raum, Balkon mit top Aussicht und Terrasse welche zum Sonnenbaden einlädt. Dusche/Toilette im Untergeschoss, über Aussentreppe erreichbar. Warmwasser mit Elektroboiler.

The 5 room detached house comprises 180m2 of living space and is located in the original "Nucleo" of Brissago. The house offers complete privacy and plenty of space. The furnishings and fittings are to property standard. The large outdoor area has a terrace for 8 people and a large garden with lounge. The house is ideal for couples who look for space and enjoy cooking, but also for 1-2 families who appreciate the spaciousness and private garden. Dogs by individual arrangement. No Partys!
