The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

The Cottage at the Three Bears

Location, Location, Location. In the Heart of Wine Country. You will feel like Goldilocks as you stay in the shadow of the Historic Three Bears buildings in the heart of the Finger Lakes in the Village of Ovid. Beautiful patio area that overlooks Three Bears Complex. Updated and sparkling clean. One upstairs queen size memory foam bed. One downstairs queen size sofa memory foam bed. Upstairs bath w/ stand up shower. Full kitchenette. Washer and dryer. Walking distance to all village amenities.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Welcome to the Finger Lakes! This home is located in the rural town of Ovid. Located only five minutes from both Seneca or Cayuga Lake. Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca are all within a 25-35 min drive. This area is know for it's wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! The house is centrally-located, quiet, and a peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips.

Cottage Retreat in the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Just 2 miles south of Aurora, and a 5 minute walk to Long Point State Park with access to a public boat launch, swimming/playground/picnic area and stunning lake views. This cozy cottage offers a truly unique experience with beautiful lakeviews and 22 acres of private wooded trails behind it. Heron Cottage is the perfect spot to enjoy Fingerlakes wineries & breweries and is minutes from The Inns of Aurora.

Lake Home on Cayuga - Kayaks included

*The host has covered 100% of the guest Airbnb fees on this 90 ft of private lake front property* Have dinner on the screened in porch while watching the sunset. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit. Jump off the dock and swim in fresh water or float alongside on the kayaks provided. Take a wine tour by boat. Hike trails and see the waterfalls at our local state parks. Rent a boat from the marina next door. For couples, families, friends, and water enthusiasts, this has it all!

Tranquility w/ EV charging station

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Fully stocked with linens and bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and cookware. We are across the road from the lake with lakefront access. There is a dock for you to use. Wall outlet (NEMA 14-5 )for EV Charging station. Baby care package available upon request and availability. This includes high chair, stroller, baby tub, exersauser, and pack n play. This is an additional $50 for the length of the stay.

Enjoy Lake Life at Magnolia....the perfect getaway for up to 7 guests! Located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, halfway between Geneva & Watkins Glen...Beautifully decorated Magnolia Cottage is near many Wineries, Breweries, State Parks, Waterloo Outlet Mall, Del Lago Casino and 15 minutes from Wegmans! Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the brand new dock, the deck off of the sunroom ,from the beach around the firepit or the hot tub overlooking the lake!

Nuthin' Fancy

In the heart of the fingerlakes Centrally located between Seneca lake and Cayuga lake. Approximately 30 minutes from Ithaca, 20 minutes from Watkins Glen, Geneva and Seneca Falls. Gas grill and picnic table available for guest use. 3 bedrooms (2 with full size beds, 1 with queen) 2 full bathrooms, kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes and some spices. Nothing fancy- just simple, clean, and comfortable in a peaceful country setting.
