Beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet and centrally located in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. A small kitchen with all necessary utensils offers space to cook. The connection with tram, metro and bus to the airport, train station, the city and the fair is very good. The shore of the Main is around the corner and a small park right outside the door. The apartment is approved by the city and has the following file number: FWA- 2024-xx-x

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Viel Platz! Die Unterkunft ist zwischen Goetheturm und Henningerturm, nahe Südbahnhof, Museumsufer, Stadtwald, Schweitzer Straße, EZB, Städel, Messe. 20 Min. vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Bus (Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür) ist man in 5 min in Sachsenhausen am Südbahnhof. Bitte schaut euch die Lage vorher im Plan an. Die Unterkunft ist auf dem "Sachsenhäuser Berg" in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße und man ist auch schnell im Grünen im Stadtwald oder in die Sachsenhäuser Gärten.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis nahe des Museumsufers im Herzen von Sachsenhausen. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es unzählige kleine und feine Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art, d. h. Bäcker, Metzger, Feinkostläden, Dienstags und Freitags einen Wochenmarkt, Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, aber auch viele wunderschöne kleine individuelle Shops und Läden lokaler Designer. Der Südbahnhof liegt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt (direkte Flughafen- und Stadionanbindung!).

Welcome! You will be staying just a couple of minutes walking to cozy, hip "Berger Street" offering several restaurants, Cafés and Shopping opportunities right in front of the door! Great connections to the airport (35min) and the Frankfurt Fair (15min) The apartment is located on the so called "Naxosgelände" with the "Willy Praml Theatre", "Die Käs" and Mousonturm offering diverse, daily cultural events right on the premises. A nice grocery store is located just across the street!

Bright super central apartment just 2 min. walk from the main river and near the cathedral. You have a subway station only 5 min. away and the main shopping street is only 7 min. walk. All main tourist attractions from Frankfurt are only a few min. walk away from the apartment. The apartment is very pretty, clean and nicely decorated, so you will feel like home in it. There is a total of 60 m2 available for you.

New Flat - Central Offenbach am Main

New flat (completed 2020, 85 square meters) in the centre of Offenbach am Main. 5 min walk to Main Railway station; 8 min walk to the Underground (Offenbach Marktplatz). From both stations you reach Frankfurt within 10 minutes. The 3 room flat is fully equiped with a new/high-standard kitchen. The flat is on the second floor (elevator available) and includes a balcony.

NICE CENTRAL ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND BATHROOM

We are renting a room in central Frankfurt. It is totally independent with its own entrance and has a balcony, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Smoking is not permitted. You may smoke on the balcony though. Please understand that we cannot accept any guests after 9 pm.
