Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

Uncover a sparkling gem where every piece of furniture showcases artisan work through Afghani tapestries, Aleppo's carpets, and batiks from Java. The vibrant home also boasts an array of furnishings, an open-plan layout, and contrasting motifs. The loft is the house of a writer and a traveler. I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. We stayed here for ten days and we really felt at home." The entire 70 square meters loft is at your disposal. The loft has two areas, the living area and the sleeping area. Were you not inclined to walk, the loft is located between the two main metro lines - A and B - that take you to most of the sightseeing. There is plenty of silence and light. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. Your little house in Trastevere è un piccolo appartamento, in cui, malgrado le dimensioni, troverete ogni confort e comodità. La sua peculiarità è l'arredamento che è stato creato ad hoc per rendere la casa più "leggera" e luminosa. In essa non vi troverete nulla di banale e dozzinale. Rarità nel centro di Roma, l'immobile ha l'ascensore con cui portare i bagagli al piano senza fatica. Colosseo Loft "Antiqua Suite"

”Antiqua Suite” is absolutely a lovely cozy flat inside an ancient and historical building, perfect for your stay in Rome as it's located just few steps by walk to the great Colosseum and Roman Forum. The flat is in front of San Clemente Basilica, one of the most beautiful historic church of Rome. All around there are cafes, pastries, gelaterie, restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Metro station Line B “Colosseo” is just few minutes by walk. What else more for a perfect roman holidays?

Architectural merit over the roofs

the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car

Spectacular and Cozy Loft w/Terrace, near Termini

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Colosseum - Loft Dolabella & Silano.

The Loft, located in the historic center in a 19th century building and 6th century Lateran villa. A.C., it is furnished in style with antiques, but also with all modern comforts. Independent heating, Air conditioning, microwave oven, gas cooker. The apartment overlooks a courtyard with plants and no transit, therefore quiet. There is a minimarket and a laundry, right under the house and all around the main monuments, basilicas and museums.
