Newly built villa. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated pool. 10 adults can comfortably share our 5 double bedrooms, pluss up to 3 kids/teens in one convertable couch for two and one convertable chair. Additional baby beds are possible in two of the rooms. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, living room, a bathroom and a patio traversing all. Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Cozy Houses by Bex

De woning beschikt over een prachtige gemeenschappelijke tuin waar er zich 2 zwembaden bevinden die niet seizoensgebonden zijn. De woning beschikt over 3 terrassen. Het grootste terras vooraan heeft een vaste BBQ en een volledige zonnewering. Het Salon en de 2 slaapkamers hebben elk een airco en ventilatoren. Er is WiFi in de woning en IPTV. De keuken beschikt over een elektrisch fornuis, microgolfoven, oven, Senseo, frigo/diepvriezer. Verder is er ook een wasmachine toegankelijk voor gebruik.

Romantic villa in a quiet area

Villa with private swimming pool and roof terrace. The accommodation contains 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is locked off for the non present owners). Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.

Das gepflegte Ferienhaus, welches in 2020 komplett renoviert und modernisiert wurde, ist vollständig mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im oberen Teil von Quesada. Aufteilung: - 2 Schlafzimmer - 2 Badezimmer - Wohnzimmer - Küche - Große Terrasse Die Gemeinschaftspools befinden sich in 300m & 750m Entfernung.

Beautiful villa in Benijofar with private pool

Sit back and relax while you enjoy the lovely private pool with your family, while drinking a glass of wine at the perfect temperature from the wine cabinet. If you fancy going out for lunch or dinner, you can do so by walking just a couple of minutes. Although the project which this house was part of has been finalized, the village is still in development. In the surrounding there is construction work and projects going on.
