Immaculate apartment in High St

Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

Lovely Apartment With Views Of Golf Course

Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course. Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

A cozy living area with modern kitchen is waiting for you. Have a drink on the large private terrace and garden (200m²) and take a refreshing dip in the huge swimming pool. A large toldo provides shade on the terrace. On the day of your arrival, you will meet our housekeeping, for an explanation and the key-handover.

The apartment is located in Rojales, within walking distance of the golf course La Marquesa with several restaurants, a supermarket and other amenities. The beach is only 6km away. Se alquila apartamento-estudio atico de 36m con terraza de 7m. Ideal para una pareja. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo, lejos de los ruidos de la ciudad. La pequeña playa de la cala Higuera esta a 7 min andando. La playa de Los Locos esta a 15 min. El supermercado Consum esta a 5 min. El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.
