Newly remodeled Texas Star Cottage located on beautiful acreage only five minutes from Temple, seven minutes from Belton, and fourteen minutes from Salado. The Silos, in Waco, are forty minutes away. Enjoy the covered porch, with large rockers, to take in the views of the pasture At present time we don't have horses but are looking. You have your own privacy gate for security. The Starlight Cabin is the actual guest house for a working Longhorn cattle ranch. Although not a large acreage by Texas standards (48 acres,) this special location is perfect for those who wish to get out and away from the usual crowds. It is peaceful and isolated. This is a pet friendly property, and we do charge a $50 one time fee for pets (no exceptions). This fee covers 1 or 2 pets, and helps us keep this place available for guests with furry family members.

The Cottage is on an old family farm established in 1903. It used to be farmed and on it is turned into pasture for cattle.
