White Fern is a beautiful rental located in New Waterford, OH. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, you'll find it the perfect spot for your next getaway or work trip. On the main floor there is a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining space with ample seating, a full bathroom, and a laundry/office room. There's also a master suite on the main floor with a king sized bed and a private, attached bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each room.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Little Yellow House in this small Ohio train town. Access the entire home during your stay (minus the basement). The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north. The log home is constructed with rough hewn timbers, granite countertop, and hardwood floors throughout. A towering buck stove stone hearth is the centerpiece of the great room.
