The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all basic kitchen equipment. For your convenience, there is also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Private free parking is available, as well as a large garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the peaceful Karst surroundings.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

A Holiday house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is suitable for up to 10 people. The conveniently equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water heater, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. We also provide toilet paper, towels, and bed linen. A large swimming pool, which is open in the summer season, is in the garden. There is also a terrace with outdoor furniture and a picnic area with a BBQ. We also prepare deckchairs. Free parking and WiFi are provided.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with an easy access. Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
