3 bedroom condo with oceanfront just steps away!

Come enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer. Our spacious high end condo has all of the comforts of home, and accommodates 6 adults or perfect for families. 2 Bedrooms have a King bed, 1 bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed. Each bedroom has a 58” flatscreen TV and a 65” flatscreen TV in the living room. An Oceanside bar, brewery, Mama Kwans and the Kill Devil Grill are within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach!!

You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 2nd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, and Jockey's Ridge. Located just 1 block from the beach, you will have a public beach access less than 400 yards away. The complex has TWO pools that are open during the summer season (late May-mid October). There is also an outdoor common space area to play yard games and grill out after spending your day at the beach. You do not want to miss out!

NO CLEANING FEE. This 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
