Cute Cottage in the heart of Kensington, Calgary.

Stay at this little charming centennial home in the beautiful Kensington neighborhood of Calgary. The rental is for the entire house to yourself ideal for a single person or couple (both sleep on double bed). Everything is on the main floor of the home with a Beautiful front/ back yard and fully fenced. +Wifi + 1 parking. The best part of this rental is "location". Please inquire about bringing a pet, in some occasions- we may allow it. Ideal for 1 person as the bedroom has 1 double bed (ok for couples).

Bring your family to this lakefront walk out lower level of the house with two queen bed . There is wood burning fireplace,a big yard with zip line and play ground perfect for a family with kids getaway . There’s a fire pit out side, the dock to sit and enjoy the lake. The yard is shared with owners (respectful family of 4 and friendly dog) living upstairs. Please park in the driveway. It’s only 20 minutes to downtown Calgary . This place is a walk-out south facing basement suite with an open concept living area with a beautiful outdoor patio area that is equipped with a usable grill. You also get your own private laundry area as well as free parking and wifi, with access to the TV of Neflex. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room also has a queen size sofa bed. You have your own entrance with a keypad code lock for your privacy. Lastly, the home also has its own temperature controls.
