Enjoy the best sunsets in Rockwall! Smoking in the premises is not allowed. Condo is provided with a video doorbell outside front door. Official Permit No. 2024-3039 from City of Rockwall to operate as Short-Term Rental lodging for the period 07/2024-07/2027.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need in a warm and welcoming setting that instantly feels like home. 🚫 No smoking of any kind, no unregistered guests, & no pets allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Separate, Private Guest House in

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you.
