This 25-acre property offers a peaceful family getaway in a beautiful winery setting. Recently remodeled in a modern farmhouse style, it includes master bedrooms on both floors with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are two additional queen bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed in the media room and a chair bed in the library, perfect for kids. Balcony overlooks the pool and property. Conveniently, its less than 10 miles from Lake Ray Hubbard and under 30 miles from Lake Lavon and Lake Tawakoni.

Farmhouse on Pond, Hot Tub, Fire Ring and Fishing

This renovated farmhouse is at the end of Farm Lane. Two bedrooms have French doors that open to the covered porch, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the pond. The Master bedroom opens to the back patio, where the hot tub sits. The kids will enjoy climbing the ladder into the loft, which has five built-in beds (sleeps 7). The fireplace in the living room and the fire ring outside provide a warm atmosphere in the country. Discounts are available for long stays or work groups.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
