The new (2021) loft apartment is clean, comfortable, with lots of amenities, including guest wifi and laundry. The neighborhood is quiet, wooded, historic. As a guest you’ll be in the midst of our organic gardens, orchards, and meadows, and can request a site tour. Nearby: Camden State Park, Laite Beach, and famous Aldermere Farm. On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double bed in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Salty Dog Hilltop Guest Suite (permit #STR26-57)

This guest suite is located in the lower level of our NetZero post & beam home which sits on a mountain overlooking the Penobscot Bay. The over 600 sq. ft. large open floor plan is spacious & clean with a large private patio. The location is quiet and peaceful while only 5 minutes from the action in downtown Rockland and only 15 minutes from Camden. This is a great home base to explore all that the Midcoast area has to offer.

The Sparrow’s Nest Charming Country Cottage

The Sparrow's Nest is located on a country road approximately 5 miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor. The Sheepscot River, it's coves and nature trails are close by. Enjoy the beautiful country surroundings, gardens, and the miracle of nature. What a delight to wake up to the sound of birdsong while enjoying a cup of local coffee, or sitting by the outdoor fire sipping wine and taking in the beautiful night sky.
