The Cozy Granny Flat

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Oct’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

The house is directly opposite the netted baths, viewing platform and ramp to the beach. Salt Air is a sunny, spacious one bedroom house set 20 metres behind the main house with access for parking one car right at your front door. Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell.

Huge leafy balcony with BBQ. Great location.

Wake up to bird song, breakfast on the huge leafy balcony - great indoor/outdoor living. Close to airport, walking distance to railway station, supermarkets, St George Hospital, Town Centre, parks and many restaurants. Minutes to Hurstville China Town. New air-conditioning, fast Wifi, full Cable TV and comfy beds. Narrow spiral staircase would not suit guests with limited mobility. Own entrance, Self contained, Attached to main house. Host lives downstairs to assist if required.

Bamboo house is a luxury 3 bedrooms house located close to the city, airport, Brighton La sands beach, Arncliffe train station. The house can accommodate up to 9 people ( 3 Queen beds & 1 sofa bed, two mattresses). The House itself is located on a huge piece of land and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden.
