We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your tent and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses and sheep in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The property sleeps 5/6 people and has an enclosed garden with seating and bbq, there is also a large lockable shed for any outdoor equipment.

Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. Emma and Charlie welcome guests back time after time to relax and enjoy this very special place. We hope you will join them.
