Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

The cabin in Cooksmill Green

Our cabin is exactly that. It’s a cabin that is functional. A good base to explore the area or attend a function. It’s not a 5 star hotel but warm, clean and cosy. This is a purpose built cabin with 2 good sized bedrooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a bathroom with a bath and shower. It is situated within a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub, 1.5 miles from Roxwell and 6 miles from Chelmsford Railway station Due to the rural location it is strongly advised you follow the what3words

Unique Cottage Set In Perfect Village Location

The Ashdale Bee is the perfect place to relax and explore the local area of Battlesbridge, a picturesque village in the Crouch Valley. Visit the famous antiques centre, walk or paddle along the river or enjoy some food and drink in one of the many country pubs. Jump on the train and travel along the Crouch Valley line to vineyards, more river walks or the quiet, unspoiled, riverside town of Burnham on Crouch. Alternatively, travel in the opposite direction and London awaits within 40mins.
