Our staff is entirely made up of people who grew up between the sea and the mountains of this beautiful land. The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

La casa è dotata di una splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone e tavolo da pranzo. Parcheggio in box privato nell'autosilo a duecento metri dalla casa. All'interno dell'appartamento appena ristrutturato ingresso soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale con vista mare, bagno con doccia, Wifi, aria condizionata, cassaforte.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Nice Studio located in a medieval village of Brugnato (century VII), recently renovated , in a peacefull place, close to a fantastic bakery and to Brugnato center . To moove you don't need to use the car , just walk to the center or swim in the Vara rivers and then swim in the deep blu water of 5 terre villages. I'm also ready to offer you a nice private boat trip discovering small bay reacheable only by sea.
