The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!

Bay Tree Cottage is located in a peaceful location a stones throw away from the beach and the Cod & Lobster with the other village amenities only a short stroll away. The spacious cottage has been fully renovated throughout to a high standard. It features a wood burning stove, a great outside area and the sea views from the master bedroom are breathtaking. It is suitable for couples & families alike, ideal for both relaxing or a more energetic break, for example walking the Cleveland Way.

Sandside Retreat

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

Set over 3 floors with fantastic views of the lower village, it features 3 double rooms and 1 twin, each with a Smart TV. The perfect coastal retreat for families or friends to relax and unwind together. We provide a parking permit for one vehicle in the pay and display car parks at the top of the bank.

Hawthorn Cottage is a tastefully decorated cottage on a working farm in the small village of High Hawsker, mid-way between the quaint and beautiful Robin Hood's Bay and the bustling fishing town of Whitby with its historic abbey. This is the perfect spot for exploring the natural and stunning beauty of the North York Moors and the Yorkshire coastline, with the Cleveland Way coastal path and Whitby to Scarborough cycle path (Cinder Track) passing close by.

Light and airy, it has been refurbished to a high standard - offering a stylish and cosy retreat in the heart of Staithes old town. It also has its own private garden. Guests love the stunning upstairs lounge, with uninterrupted views across the harbour. The cottage is warm and cosy, with electric heaters upstairs and underfloor heating and a log burner downstairs.

The lower ground floor includes two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and doors to an outside terrace space. Above the ground floor which includes seating and beautiful sea views.
