Welcome to the Draughon home, a 5 BR, 7 bed home with both historic and modern features. The home retains several of the original 1930s and mid-century features along with modern updates. There are vintage pictures displayed from broadcasting and gasoline businesses of the former residents. The home includes a sunroom, a dining room, a living room, a family room, a den, porches, and outside patio areas, all with views of farmland. There is a large master bathroom along with other bathrooms.

Our secluded location is perfect for those who want to visit Nashville but don’t want to be stuck down town or in dangerous/unpredictable settings. Our homes sit on 12 acres in the hills of Middle Tennessee only 20 minutes north of Nashville. Wake up to the birds chirping, not car horns and noisy neighbors. For larger groups ask about our other home next door that may also be available to rent.

Welcome to Kelly’s Jubilee. Breathtakingly beautiful home. A place to relax and enjoy a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Once you’ve rested you can take around a 30-minute drive to Nashville and embrace some of America’s best entertainment. Welcome to your favorite small town getaway! Reel Lucky is located just 25 miles (33 min) north of Nashville in Greenbrier, TN. This home is one of three located on Greenbrier lake, a small 15 acre lake with plenty of wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back covered deck.
