Take advantage of early morning walks on the beach , a ten minute walk at the end of the street, or catch a romantic sunset. Enjoy the cider and many hikes. Use the well equipped kitchen to make a gourmet dish. The possibilities are endless on the Sunshine Coast! Please note: the Pool is closed from October until May. The Gym is closed until May 20

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
