Large three bedroom apartment with three double beds, lounge & kitchen. The place is in a leafy suburb of Cardiff. Private entrance with access to the whole place. Roof terrace with patio furniture & a view. Wellfield Road's is a quiet/quaint mini high street; restaurants, takeaways,coffee shops,cafe bars,retailers on the doorstep. Roath Park with its gardens,boating lake and open play/picnic areas just a short walk away. The City Centre's walkable just 1 mile away. Vigin wifi @250MB. Smart tv .

The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Private self-contained annex, 10 minutes from the city centre. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this modern space is ideal for a short stay. Private courtyard Off-Road Parking En Suite Bathroom Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all cutlery & crockery. TV with Netflix and WiFi Tea and coffee provided, with extra bedding, towels, iron & hairdryer available. Close to parks, shops, coffee shops, restaurants & pubs. Near main bus routes & motorway links UHW Hospital: 5-minute walk.

💚 Spacious, modern, light and airy. 💛 Adults only. 🛌 Super-King bed. 💤 Private, south-facing balcony, situated on 3rd (top) floor. ❌ NO LIFT. 🍿 Guest Netflix. 🅿️ Ample free parking. 🚲 2 Push bikes available-please message me. 📍Whilst not city centre, it’s only approximately a 40 minute stroll, 20 mins by bus from right outside the apartment, or easy to drive/park. 🍔🍟🍦Lots of great, locally owned amenities, cafes, restaurants etc. 🚶‍♀️Walkable to Roath Park Lake/Rose Gardens.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

A stunning large one bedroom period apartment with a balcony. Located in a conservation area over looking Roath Mill Gardens. Less than a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Wellfield road and within a 30 minute walking distance of the city centre. Refurbished for 2023 with a new kitchen. Enjoy - Sky multi room and 2 smart TVs, wifi, nespresso coffee machine a good quality bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

A lovingly restored Victorian Cardiff terrace house located in Roath - 15minute walk from the center of Cardiff. - 10 minute walk from Roath park which is perfect for dogs and children. - 25/30 minute walk (via town) / 8 minute taxi ride from the Principality Stadium Glenroy doubles up as a gallery space with each room boasting the works of a different talented artist for guests to enjoy or even purchase. Gorgeous, compact hideaway, Llandaff North

A lovely, quiet hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.
