Large three bedroom apartment with three double beds, lounge & kitchen. The place is in a leafy suburb of Cardiff. Private entrance with access to the whole place. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. We live in a lovely little quiet residential area, overlooking Whitchurch Common and which is great for couples/single people looking for good clean modern accommodation, and looking for a 'home from home' environment with peace & quiet. Our accommodation is completely self contained with its own private entrance. Situated in a busy suburb of North Cardiff and within 5 minutes easy walking distance of shops/coffee bars/restaurants and great links into the City Centre and events.

Peaceful and Unique Stay in City Centre

Perfectly situated for a visit to sporting and entertainment events in Cardiff City Centre or a visit to children studying at the university, our annexe is a beautiful, recently renovated space. It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. A stunning large one bedroom period apartment with a balcony. Located in a conservation area over looking Roath Mill Gardens. Less than a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Wellfield road and within a 30 minute walking distance of the city centre. Refurbished for 2023 with a new kitchen. Enjoy - Sky multi room and 2 smart TVs, wifi, nespresso coffee machine a good quality bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

Roath home near the park. Discounted longer stays

My small cosy town house is the perfect base from which to explore Cardiff. It is set just a few streets back from Roath park and is close to Albany and Wellfield road, with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. You are not far from town, with easy links to the Bay. The house itself has recently been renovated and although there are still bits left to do, it will provide a comfortable and quiet place for your stay.
