This cottage is located in Wanchese, a quiet fishing village in the Outer Banks. The 3 bed 3.5 bath home is a mere 200 yards away from a public boat ramp & offers 61’ boat parking, an outdoor fish cleaning table, grill & picnic table. It’s a 15 min drive to the beach. Have a cup of coffee on the porch while watching fishing boats head out for their daily catch and enjoy views of Bodie Island Lighthouse. We are PET FRIENDLY in the desirable waterfront neighborhood of Old Nags Head Cove, which is within walking distance to the beach, sound, and pool. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.
