Located just 1 block from the beach, you will have a public beach access less than 400 yards away. The complex has TWO pools that are open during the summer season (late May-mid October). There is also an outdoor common space area to play yard games and grill out after spending your day at the beach. You do not want to miss out!

This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Our second master suite has just been remodeled for a fresh clean and inviting look. Suite is located on ground level with private entrance. Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.
