Gone Fission OBX: Updated Family Beach Box

Beautifully remodeled historic beach box nestled on a quiet side street in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Old OBX charm with a lovely wrap around porch, featuring a huge chefs kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, double ovens and a large island. Space is decorated with pieces from local artists throughout. Large game room on the first floor features a restored 20' shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and dart board for lots of family fun. Walk to the beach, Avalon Pier or Awful Arthurs in 3 minutes.

Enjoy our completely remodeled home. Fresh paint, new carpet, renovated kitchen with new appliances and all new mattresses and bedding for 2020. The outdoor spaces are endless. Recently renovated 3 bed/2 bath cottage in Currituck County, situated back off the water on 2.5 acres of private wooded waterfront property on the North River and Albemarle Sound. Just Past mile marker 17.5 and a few yards to the ocean, we offer a 3-night min stay summer 2025. A great spot for people/pets/kid's wanting easy beach access. Our 2019 home sleeps 7 and sits back from the road on a large lot. We provide a huge outdoor showering room, patio with lounge area and picnic table, gas bar-b-q, Wi-fi, DISH and Roku. Close to Jennette’s Pier and Aquarium, Bodie island light house, Manteo and Oregon Inlet, + Premier Shopping Outlets

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

The Yellow House. Waterfront, kayaks!

Welcome to Colington Island. Located waterfront on the sound but minutes to the oceanfront. This 2 bedroom island cottage was built in 1955 and owned by Johnny Moore, the last living witness of the 1903 Wright Brothers first flight. He was one of 5 that witnessed and assisted the Wright Brothers on December 17, 1903. The cottage is located on Johnny's homestead from the early 1900s. Come stay in a historic cottage on the water with kayaks!
