Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Townhouse in Kalkan's Old Town

Hayam Evi is located on a quiet side street in Kalkan’s Old Town. The property is newly renovated and provides comfort and convenience for a relaxed and memorable holiday on Türkiye's turquoise coast. This charming townhouse is only steps from Kalkan's public beach, restaurants, and shops. Water taxis close by will take you to the beach clubs dotting Kalkan’s coast. Hayam Evi’s rooftop balcony is a perfect place to start and end your day, gazing at the magnificent the sea view.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the terrace you will find sun loungers and chairs along with dining spaces, all with breath taking view. An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.

Lovely 1 bedroom flat with balconies in Uzuncarsi

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.

Köyümüzün ruhuna, dokusuna sadık kalarak dönüştürdüğümüz bu ev, köy yaşamını deneyimlemek isteyenler için 2 yatak odası, açık mutfaklı bir salon ve büyük bir banyo ile oldukça geniş ve rahat bir yaşam alanı sunuyor.

Sessiz sakin huzurlu bir konumda yer alan 2 kişilik balayı villamız , Kaputaş plajına 1 km uzaklıktadır .. etrafı tamamen çevrili size ait büyük bir bahçesi olan havuzlu villamız için iletişime geçebilirsiniz.. not: 600-700 M stabilize beton ancak biraz dik bir yolu vardır araçla gelinmesini tavsiye ederim 🙏
