Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!

At 500 square feet, you will love the normal luxuries without sacrificing comfort! Additionally you are right around the corner from the beautiful UC Riverside, close to Riverside Community Hospital and walking distance from Canyon Crest shopping center. 🌴 Looking to work from home? Casa de Palms has fast internet, good lighting & in unit washer/dryer.

Spacious private-entry guest suite converted from the home’s master bedroom. Fully separate from the main house with keypad access, private attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, large TV, mini fridge, microwave, and seating area. Sleeps up to 3 with a king-size bed and optional full bed. Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. I live on-site, respect your privacy, and am always available if needed.
