Nestled on a 20 acre property ('Elouera on Shobbrook') in the heart of SA wine country 'Little Fermoy' is a cosy 2-bed self-contained guest suite located at one end of the property's main farmhouse but with its own private entrance & huge wrap around veranda (no shared facilities) where you can sit, relax & enjoy the property & beautiful views & local wildlife visits.
