The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

King size ottoman bed , so loads of storage We have a sofa bed to accommodate upto 2 extra people. Absolutely stunning views.

Ocean View

Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.

The Stables

Woodland retreat in the glorious Wye Valley. Fire pits and wood burner-fantastic private outdoor bath and shower area. Sleeps 4 in two rooms all en- suite. Well behaved dog welcome with a supplement of £30 per stay. If you have more than one dog please contact us as we might be able to accommodate. We would ask you to be mindful of our policy for your dog during your stay. Can combine stay with Perrycliff Cottage.

Please note that there will be an additional charge of £15/night for any infant aged 2 or under. We have an infant pack available for hire, which includes a travel cot, cot bedding and highchair, and costs an additional £5/night. Payment must be direct to us, prior to arrival please.
