The Nest 8E Castle Street central Ludlow Apartment

The Nest gives a stunning central location right in the market square, next to the bustling market, Ludlow castle, and the many pubs, restaurants and shops that Ludlow had to offer. Right in the centre of town but top floor location gives peace and quiet and stunning views looking north over the south Shropshire countryside with the long mynd in the distance. Please not that the top floor location means that there are several flights of stairs so NOT recommended for people with mobility issues.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

This attractive, modern self-contained apartment with panoramic views is perfect for a comfortable stay in the beautiful Brecon Beacons. Nestled in the foothills of the local Mountains, the bustling market towns locally are Talgarth 1 mile, Brecon and Hay on Wye are 8 miles. The perfect retreat to relax after exploring the area on foot or bike and is a great base to undertake other outdoor pursuits. Our holiday apartment occupies the top floor of the Old Vicarage, a grade 2 listed Georgian house with much older roots, located directly behind the church of St John the Baptist in the heart of the historic market town of Bishops Castle. From its lofty location guests can enjoy far reaching views over the town and hills beyond. Only a few steps to the nearest pub, shops, eateries and with immediate access to the Shropshire Way and many other walking and cycling routes.
