Our family home is in a quiet leafy part of London with good access to central London. Tooting Bec underground station is a 15 minute walk or 3 short hops on the bus (249 or 319) Travel from the station to London (Oxford Circus/Leicester Square) is approx 15-20 minutes. There is also a bus (319) from the house direct to Sloane Square/King’s Road (close to Harrods/Victoria Station). We are approx 50 minutes from Gatwick and 1.5 hours Heathrow airport (public transport). One hour by taxi.

This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

The borough of Merton is one of the safest in London. Please do not book if you are unhappy with CCTV. It is for safety.

A Victorian townhouse, across three floors; with two guest rooms on the first floor. The sitting room and bathroom on the first floor are for the sole use of our guests. The cosy room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table. The Northern line is a 3 minute walk away, and a 25 minute tube journey gets you to Victoria. The area is vibrant and active, but the flat is serene and quiet. The flat also has a garden with a gas bbq.

Welcome to this lovely clean, bright double guest room (for up to 2 people) with its own key, for arrival time of 2pm onwards. Offering a tranquil and relaxing retreat in my spacious home, it's moments away from great public transport into central London. The high street has wine bars, restaurants, shops and plenty of green park walks close by. I have a dog, so guests must be OK with that, although he's very quiet and never goes into the guest room.
