Surrounded by nature, with amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife.. you may spy a grazing deer! Within a 30 minute drive of all the “must see” villages and 10 minutes from Upcote Barn wedding venue. No Wifi but good 4G, TV, fire-pit BBQ and very comfy bed. The stylish horse box bathroom also has mains plumbing. Well behaved dogs are very welcome…let us know if they’re joining you.

Cosy shepherd’s hut for two in idyllic rural location in the village of Steep, near Petersfield, Hampshire. This locally built hut is nestled in a small dog safe field, with stunning views. This delightful self-contained retreat has a small foldaway double bed with bedding and towels, cooking area with single electric hob and microwave oven, and a bathroom with a flushing toilet and wash basin. There is an outside shower with hot water and outside eating area with fridge, sink and fire pit.

Wilderness Wagon is a bow top gypsy wagon which is located in Lindfield Rural. The wagon is located in the bottom corner of our acre garden. Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. Our designer Shepherds Hut is an idyllic shepherds retreat situated in a rural location close to all famous cotswold villages. A two nights stay over a weekend please if available. Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo within the hut for comfort and privacy. Very cosy.

The Horsebox ~ Wood fired tub

Iron Pear Tree farm has been family run for three generations. Restoring the unused farm buildings has been a labour of love for us, and we wanted to make sure that we provided unique accommodation whilst maintaining the history of the buildings. The farm is a working one, so guest will be able to relax and enjoy the country setting, as well as get to know our animals. Views out across the farm provide the perfect backdrop for a country get-away whatever the season.
