Springfield Oast - piece of Kent history

The Summerhouse is a modern barn conversion located on the Flagpole Cottage estate with the main house dating back to 1650 in quaint and friendly Tandridge Village. The Summerhouse has a private entrance with magnificent views over the country side from the floor to ceiling windows, yet only 20 miles from London. Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

The Hopper Huts at Old Farm, Lamberhurst Quarter.

The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. There are also several National Trust attractions close by.

Rural Retreat on the Ashdown Forest

THE FOREST MALTHOUSE on the Ashdown Forest is a luxurious, spacious, detached, 1 bedroom, converted barn dating from 1822 with wonderful views over the forest. The Vaulted Oak Framed barn offers guests an extremely high standard of countryside self-catering accommodation with endless walks on your doorstep & a large, open plan kitchen & living/dining room. In a quiet, rural setting, with secure gated parking it's an ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching or simply relaxing.

Set in the ancient picturesque village of Wrotham, a self contained lovingly converted annex with a private entrance. A two min walk to the village high street with its three pubs and village shop. Borough Green is a mile away with direct trains to London in 35 - 45 mins. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and amazing walks. Free on street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. Skywood Barn is a tranquil and peaceful contemporary home, featuring a double height window in the main open plan space overlooking a pretty pond. The barn is secluded and views from the rest of the house are of fields and woodland surrounding the property. By May 2022 we will have finished installing the new deck which will give the perfect spot to soak up the sun or take a cool dip. Gather around the fire pit at night to keep warm whilst having drinks or toasting marshmallows.

Entire converted stone coach house

The Coach House is a newly converted, open plan space with very good internet connection in tranquil wooded location on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. It is adjacent to, but detached from the main house Fairstowe and is ideally suited for family occupancy or a couple. Guests have the freedom of having sole occupancy. A 2nd bedroom can be created by closing a multifold door where a single regular bed is provided for one guest and a single fold-out bed is available for a second.

Romantic Cottage near Kent Vineyards and Gardens

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

Acorn Lodge @ The Oaks Retreat

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
