The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.

A great family Essex Barn dating back to the 17th century, with lots of space for a great holiday or get together. We are in the middle of the countryside for great walks, there is a hot-tub so bring your wellies and swim gear! So much space, privacy, equipment and character... a great place to relax and get together, but no loud parties please as we are on a smallholding not too far from neighbours ! Railway station 15 minutes
