Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. This stunning flat is set in the old stable block of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

Superb Farmhouse with pool, hot tub and fast wifi

The house with dates back in parts to 1580AD and is set in 1 acre of grounds. It has a lounge with inglenook fireplace, bakery with bread oven and large conservatory and study/office. The hot tub is heated all year and the pool is available all year and heated 28 March - 2 November. Please bring your own pool towels. With views over open countryside it is accessible for Bath, Lacock, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Avebury, Stonehenge, Highgrove, Westonbirt Arboretum, Corsham Court and Dyhram Park.

This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!
