Nestled in the woods near Marshfield in the South Cotswolds and a 15 minute drive from Bath, Keepers Gate Cottage has its own entrance, free wifi, large bedroom with free standing bath, sitting room with dining area, a well-equipped modern kitchen, shower room and hayloft with king size bed. Our location provides the perfect base from which to explore the cities of Bath and Bristol, and well known villages and attractions at Castle Combe, Badminton, Corsham, Lacock, the Cotswolds and Somerset.

Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Old Barn, Dyrham, Nr Bath

Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
