A chance to stay in a super Georgian terrace, with free on-street permit parking from check-in to check-out for one car. This stylish and completely self-contained suite of rooms in a Grade II* listed townhouse includes a sitting room (with hospitality area), quiet bedroom and bathroom. Please note there's no kitchen, but there is a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery for light meals. It has its own private entrance and is superbly located just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Bath.

A charming Georgian townhouse with a spacious, landscaped courtyard hosts this beautifully presented, light-filled studio flat on a cobbled lane in the heart of Bath. You couldn't wish to be better located to explore all that Bath has to offer. Ideally located for sightseeing, dining and shopping all right at your doorstep. A short walk away from the city centre leads you to peaceful canal paths or the scenic 'Bath Skyline,' where stunning countryside views await without the need for a car.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Garden Apartment

Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Please note- there is currently some building work going on in the building in an apartment upstairs and in the hallway area (Monday-Friday after 9am). This beautiful refurbished luxury apartment sits on the entire first floor of a Grade II listed 18th century town house. The towering ceilings and grand Georgian features transport you back to the regency era where this floor once served as a grand banqueting hall.
