Walkable Mountain Gem in the Heart of West Asheville

Featuring polished concrete floors, trendy furnishings, and raw wood accents, this home combines rustic and modern elements for a warm atmosphere. Drink coffee from a NESPRESSO and read in the morning light from the comfort of an Adirondack chair on the patio. The suite provides a private room with queen bed and sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. Smart TV in the living room is Roku-enabled. The suite is on the walkout basement level of the Hosts' home, therefore some noise from upstairs will transfer. Short walk from restaurants, shops, breweries, galleries, and parks & greenway. Our guest suite is great for business travelers, families, and anyone in between! You’ll find that it’s very cozy and comfortable and in the best part of town. In the private guest suite you have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and outdoor patio to yourself. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen table, shelves for food, dinnerware for 4, and an electric kettle for coffee and tea. You have the basement apartment to yourself and can interact with us as little or as much as you want. We are available to you, as needed. The home is set in charming West Asheville and within a short walk from many restaurants, breweries, shops, and cafes, such as Owl Bakery, Hole Doughnuts, Pizza Mind, Gan Shan West, Taco Billy, New Belgium Brewery, Urban Orchard Cider, Hi-Wire Brewery, The Wedge Brewery and several art galleries in the River Arts District. Downtown art galleries are a short drive away. Everything you need is within walking distance or Uber and Lyft are reliable. A car rental makes sense for day trips, as there is so much to do outside of Asheville.

Modern home with ground level guest suite located in charming Chicken Hill. Chicken Hill is a quiet residential neighborhood located between vibrant downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. PRIME LOCATION if you want to be within a mile of just about everything Asheville has to offer including restaurants, breweries, art galleries, the French Broad River Greenway and live music venues. Please note there is not a full kitchen. We provide a mini-fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine.

Craftsman Historic Home in River Arts District

Private entrance to upper floor of Historic Craftsman home in the River Arts District. Walk along the river or to many local restaurants, art galleries & breweries. Lots of character in this old home with modern amenities. Each room has a shower & bathroom attached. The room has a sofa, table, mini-fridge, & third bathroom with claw-foot tub. This 1907 home was completely renovated in 2004. Dark wood, picture frame molding, a beautiful staircase, and original tub make your stay unique.

Cozy and convenient in the heart of West AVL

Sharp Quarters is the perfect space for your Asheville getaway! It's a 10 minute walk to many restaurants (Walk, Taco Billy, Pizza Mind) and breweries (New Belgium, Archetype) in West Asheville. Visitors have their own parking space and outdoor patio. The Tempur-pedic mattress on our king-size bed offers maximum comfort. We can also add a Pack-N-Play for the little one(s). The neighborhood is perfectly peaceful and safe, yet accessible to all things West Asheville!

PirateshipAVL - majestic enclave in River Arts

Cozy studio -Newly remodeled bed + bath (now entirely separate from the main house / private entrance). Same brilliant location nestled between River Arts & West Asheville. There are many cute shops up the hill in West Asheville and a good bar/restaurant scene nearby - Anoche is my favorite! 5-minute walk to New Belgium, Hole Donuts, Grey Eagle, Cooperative Coffee, etc. 10-minute walk to Owl Bakery. 5-minute drive, bus, and Uber downtown or a 30-minute walk.

Modern Luxury in RAD, Stylish Balcony

This stunning newly constructed 2nd floor apartment is in the heart of Asheville, and the River Arts District. This is the best location in town: five minutes to downtown, five minutes to West Asheville, and next to the French Broad River. This property has PARKING, ample space for off-roading gear, and a gorgeous lawn and balcony where you can kick back, and take in the view. The balcony overlooks New Belgium's Taproom, a chic, quiet tourist attraction.

Private, modern in-law apartment walking distance to both the vibrant River Arts District (0.1 mi) and downtown Asheville (1 mi). You will love the airy bedroom that feels like a vacation in itself. Enjoy sitting on the back deck, taking in the beautiful mountain air. There is room to park one car at the end of a quiet ally. Close to many galleries, breweries, restaurants, and river walk. Kitchenette is plenty to meet basic cooking needs for a week.
