The apartment was designed using a traditional french motif. The bedroom and kitchen are just off of the main living area; While small, the bedroom and kitchen are very accessible, with high end finishes. The main living room is central to the apartment, it is impeccably designed using west elm furniture, and has a 50 square foot window overlooking infamously lighted-tree lined Addison street. The living room also has a functional gas fireplace and a built in desk which overlooks a quaint Philadelphia street. There is a wonderful outdoor patio off of the bedroom complete with a fountain, an antique iron patio set, and a skyline view of Philadelphia.. The whole apartment; full kitchen, outdoor space, grill, fireplace Yes. Please call or text or message through airbnb. The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood in Philadelphia with many small, intimate restaurants within walking distance. It’s central to many of Philadelphia's best attractions, located directly between Rittenhouse Square, Center City and South Street. The location is perfect and the apartment couldn't be cozier. Cabs and Uber are everywhere, but the location can't be beat...walking is best and preferred. Venture over to Rittenhouse square for a taste of elegance or check out south street between 14th and 17th street for a more mellow but exciting nightlife and restaurant scene. Walnut street features great shops. And Chestnut street offers a more traditional nightlife and dining experience. All are within a 5 minute walking radius. This location is a rare gem. Not only will you be surrounded by all that center city has to offer but as a guest of mine you will be greeted as a celebrity with guest robes, slippers, eye masks as well as a cozy fireplace, 50 inch smart tv and a lieu of games. Free laundry/soap on premises. A complete coffee and tea bar are also available. Your studio is equipped with seasonings and all cooking and eating utensils as well. To accommodate any work or school there is a floating desk and free WiFI.

This spacious apartment in Bella Vista/Washington Sq. is central and convenient with free on-site parking. 5 min. walk to the subway then direct to the stadiums. Spread out with large living, dining, and kitchen space. Wide steps, hallways, and space are easily navigable. The large outdoor space, shared with two other units, provides a peaceful respite within the city. Historic sites, theater district, dining all within walking. Conveniences of Whole Foods, Starbucks, at the corner.

There's a huge yard w/ ample room to hang out, bbq & warm up around the amazing fire pit. This prominent & artsy hot spot in Nolibs is an essential place to visit close to Fishtown, Old City, Center City, shops, bars, restaurants, concert venues, comedy clubs & ice cream shops. You can quickly get to other parts of town w/ ease.

Second, 3rd floor apartment. Apartment includes a master bedroom with a full sized bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Private bathroom. There is a dining area with refrigerator, sink,microwave,induction hot pate convection toaster oven, coffee maker, french press dining table,Alexa and LCD TV. The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

Quaint Queen Village Home and Private Backyard

This is an adorable quaint space in a great location. The apt has a private entrance through a grocers alley. Lots of character and plenty of amenities including AC. There's a TV, dishwasher, a fridge, basic kitchen supplies, a Keurig, and toaster oven. Even has its own charming outdoor area, you won't believe you're in the city.
