Zona tranquilla ad 1 Km dal centro di Moena(frazione Sorte). L'appartamento si trova a piano terra,è composto da soggiorno-cucina, camera matrimoniale, camera singola doppia (per un totale di 4 posti letto), bagno ed un piccolo sgabuzzino dove riporre gli sci, le valige..Presenza di televisori, radio, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, lavatrice, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè americano, frigorifero e freezer. Parcheggio adiacente all'appartamento. Gli animali sono i benvenuti.

Non per ultima la stessa Valle di Cembra rinomata terra di vino e muretti a secco. Vi aspettano tante prelibatezze dell'enogastronomia Trentina!

BOLZANO GREAT APARTMENT IN VILLA

In Bolzano-Gries, very large apartment in villa with garden (private access) There are two bedrooms, one double, one with a 2 single or 1 double bed 2 bathrooms (one with shower, bidet, sink and toilet), another with only a toilet. A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

Viel Holz, natürliche Farben, in Südtirol handgefertigte Möbel prägen den schlicht- edlen (modern/elegant) Naturstil in unserem „Baumhaus“.

Ferienhaus Gann - Greit

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.

The cosy holiday house "Haus Lichtenstern" is located near Oberbozen (Soprabolzano) on the high plateau of the Ritten (Renon) in South Tyrol and offers space for 6 persons. The modern and charming apartment has a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore, Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV as well as a high chair for children are part of the apartment's equipment.
